Plant-Based Changes

As I mentioned in a previous post, I’ve created a new blog to focus on my efforts and transition to a plant-based lifestyle. For those of you who have followed some of my health and yoga-related posts, you’ll now see that content on my new blog, Plant-Based Changes.

I’ll continue to sprinkle in some “food” and “fun” topics here, but will primarily focus on books.  🙂
