As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, I plan to start a gratitude journal. I am typically not one for journaling, but I want to give this a go (I will see if I can keep it up through the end of the year).  This will be part of my effort to “be present“, reflect, and focus on what is important in life, as I find that it is so easy to get caught up in the everyday minutia.

If you journal, do you have any tips for keeping/maintaining a journal?
